Organize tournament circuits that take place worldwide (from the start to the end)
Recommend and execute creative enhancements that boost publicity, generate engagement for various company events and tournament circuits
Coordinate the planning and execution of marketing collaterals and event logistics
Perform quality checks to ensure all marketing materials meet brand and production standards
Visit the warehouse occasionally to prepare and pack marketing collaterals
Prepare shipping documents and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Manage backend administration of shop tournaments such as schedules and registration
Manage events budgets, expenses and negotiate for best rates
Manage and support exhibition events
Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of events
Job requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Events Management/Operations, Marketing or related field
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral
Must have basic knowledge of social media management
Well-organized and meticulous with an eye for detail
Adaptable and innovative, with a problem-solving attitude
Excellent at schedule management and multi-tasking
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Open to working on some weekends/public holidays for Company events
Open to travel overseas for business trips when required
