Events Executive

The company:

Are you a gaming fan who loves to plan exciting events? We're looking for an Events Executive to help us create amazing trading card game tournaments and conventions. You'll play a key role in making these events a hit and connecting with our fans.

Responsibilities

1. Plan, coordinate and run conventions and TCG tournaments.
2. Liaise with external partners to ensure seamless event execution.
3. Handle all logistical aspects of event planning, from venue booking to on-site troubleshooting.
4. Manage event budgets and collaborate with the marketing team for cohesive branding and promotion.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
2. 1-2 years of experience in event management, preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry.
3. Strong understanding of trading card games and/or gaming culture.
4. Proven ability to manage events and work with various external partners.
5. Willingness to travel.
6. Only Singaporeans & PR.
