Events Coordinator

We are looking to expand our team and one of the roles we are looking for is an Events Coordinator who will sit as part of our Marketing team. As we and the industry grow, this role demands someone who can excel in events planning, relationship-building, and ensuring that campaigns and conferences we hold run smoothly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end planning, organization, and execution of events in Singapore and for side events at major conferences (EthDenver, Token2049 Dubai and Singapore, EthCC, etc).
• Coordinate logistics, vendor communication, and on-site event support to ensure seamless execution.
• Develop event marketing collateral, promotional campaigns, and follow-up activities.
• Secure and coordinate speaking engagements to position the firm and its partners as industry thought leaders.
• Coordinate event attendance of external-facing team members and sign them up for events.
• Manage the design, production, and distribution of branded merchandise and promotional materials, as well as office administrative, travel, and logistics tasks.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 5-6 years of experience specifically in event planning.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and able to perform under stress.
• Previous experience in planning a variety of events, from small to large scale.
