Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute promotional campaigns for key events (e.g., sales, seasonal promotions, holidays) and manage the monthly strategy calendar. Collaborate with merchandising and advertising teams to ensure smooth implementation and visual merchandising.
2. Work closely with suppliers, merchandising teams, and third parties to conceptualize, plan, and execute exclusive promotional campaigns. Source and liaise with potential partners, including charity organizations for CSR initiatives.
3. Oversee event logistics, including setup (e.g., gift redemption counters) and license applications for promotions. Prepare reports and schedules to track the progress of ongoing events and ensure deadlines are met.
4. Coordinate with the advertising and digital teams to create promotional collaterals and social media content. Ensure timely communication and follow-through with all involved parties to ensure promotional activities are executed effectively.
5. Respond to customer inquiries related to promotions, manage promotion mailboxes, and conduct daily checks on the sales floor to ensure promotions are properly displayed.

Requirements

1. Minimum Diploma / Degree in Marketing or relevant
2. Min 1 year of relevant experience in events and promotions
3. Proficient in Microsoft office
4. Meticulous and good time Management
5. Excellent communication skills
