Work closely with the event team, sales team and dealers to understand their goals and requirements for the event.
Coordinate roadshow, exhibition, training, conference, and miscellaneous events conducted by the company.
Assist sales team in presenting event goals and ideas to dealers.
Plan out full year schedule and working timeline for each event.
Coordinate logistics such as location, vehicle, transportation, accommodation, catering, audiovisual equipment, decorations, and miscellaneous matters required by the event.
Assist in developing marketing strategies and promotional materials to attract customers and generate interest in the event.
Coordinate online and offline marketing needs with marketing team in preparation for the event.
Liaise with vendors, organizers, booth contractors, and other stakeholders during the event planning process.
In-charge of procurement, maintenance, organizing, and usage of all products, materials, & accessories used for events.
Oversee the event's setup, manage the schedule, follow up processes and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Assist in set up, demo, and sales during event days.
Assess an event’s overall success and outcome, compile findings in monthly report.
Maintain cleanliness of event vehicle and event storage area.
Other ad-hoc jobs assigned from time to time.
Requirement
Diploma / Degree in Public Relations, Communication, Business Management, Administration, Marketing, or Hospitality industry or any field
1 to 3 years of relevant working experiences
Experience in project management / organising interdepartmental and external activities will be advantageous
