Event Specialist – Central – S$3500 (ID: 670279)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting the planning and execution of events
• Provide technical support for hybrid events
• Responsible for the creation and maintenance of all event documents (e.g., project timelines, schedules, administrative sheets, etc.)
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of events
• Assist in budget and timeline planning of events
• Assist in problem-solving and collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure industry best practices
• Ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Candidate should possess a Diploma in Marketing/Mass Communications/Integrated Events or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in a similar function
• Possess strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment
