Job Description:
- Client management and sales – client prospecting to identify their needs and creating suitable proposals and quotations that meet their requirements
- Client communication and relationship management - providing timely follow-up with clients to handle objections and negotiations
- Be accountable for increasing revenue and driving closed-won deals
- Provide professional customer service, client support and recommendations
- Proposal writing, quotation, invoicing and payments
- Events planning and coordination – Liaising with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event execution
- Assist in refining company’s sales strategy and processes
- Collaborate with Marketing team to suggest new marketing strategies and promotions

Job Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in corporate sales (events and/or hospitality sales will be preferred)
- Candidates with more experienced will be considered for more senior roles (with corresponding higher salary range)
- Strong track record of meeting and/or exceeding Sales KPIs in previous roles
- Meticulous and great attention to details
- Highly organized with good time management skills
- Have leadership experience managing and/or mentoring a team
- Strong communication skills – verbal, written and presentations
- Proactive and independent
- Demonstrate a high level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace applications (i.e. Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc)
