Job description

Role Purpose:

Provide event registration consultancy, overall registration and stakeholders’ management including event registration planning, management and execution to ensure clients’ satisfaction and continued business. Lead and guide the team to ensure seamless delivery of assigned projects/events.

Key Accountabilities:

Event registration consultancy

  • Provide sound event registration advice and solutions to stakeholders base on experience
  • Offer measured recommendations relevant to the needs of the project and/or clients
  • Lead and provide guidance on registration SOPs, trainings and documentations within the tea


Overall project registration management

  • Manage the registration process to create a streamlined experience for invitees, including flights and hotel bookings
  • Database cleaning and management
  • Manage and provide timely registration reports
  • Attend and facilitate (as appropriate) all regular progress update meetings
  • Work closely with project teams to collate and provide information required to facilitate the planning and execution of the projects/events
  • Managed onsite registration process and execution
  • Responsible for successful delivery of the event, ensure smooth communication with partners, vendors and stakeholders
  • Management of stakeholders and assigned team members, including overall resource planning of roles and responsibilities pre-event and onsite
  • Timeline management and updates
  • Source, evaluate, negotiate and manage third party vendors related to registration management
  • Post event database cleaning and updating
  • Post event registration and attendee reports and analysis
  • Post event compilation of sustainability data reports

Internal project team management

  • Resource planning and assignment
  • Lead and provide clear guidance to the assigned project team members

Dynamic Adaptation:

  • Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks
  • Draw up standard SOPs for the delivery of successful registration management
  • Digital/ Hybrid event support

Qualification, Competencies/ Other Requirements:

Qualification:

General University Degree

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Graduates and/or with at least 5 years’ of work experience
  • Good Microsoft Office Skills
