Event Producer

THE ROLE

You will have a strong operational understanding and practical experience in event logistics and management.

• Collaborate closely with all departments to develop and be responsible for event requirements and deliverables.
• Coordinate with the venue, planning and managing all aspects of the event.
• Act as a point of contact for clients while an event is taking place.
• Manage high-touch events & act as Lead Event Manager on global events involving multi-region support.

ALL ABOUT YOU:

• 3+ years' event management / production experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects.
• Client-facing experience.
• Ability to coordinate and lead a small project management team.
• Must have experience working with multiple vendors.
• Luxury experience is a bonus.

• Highly organized, able to multitask and meet deadlines through excellent time management skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
