Support the planning, management and operations of multiple projects, not limited to events, exhibitions and installations.
Work closely and cohesively with the Account Servicing team to ensure concepts and proposals approved by clients are turned into reality.
Liaise and negotiate with stakeholders (not limited to suppliers and contractors) for quotations, and assist in the procurement process.
Conduct site inspections and measurements.
Apply for all relevant licenses and permits required with relevant authorities.
Prepare pre-event planning documents and coordinate with all stakeholders (not limited to suppliers, contractors and venue owners) to facilitate a smooth pre-event setup.
Provide on-site operational support and manpower management.
Support and manage event setup to facilitate the delivery of a high quality event.
Conduct pre-event and on-site quality control on all event production matters and deliverables by relevant stakeholders.
Manage the transportation and delivery of all equipment and event assets, including the proper accounting of such items.
Manage and coordinate post-event teardown matters, including the reinstatement/return of venue to its original state.
Manage event operations and production budgets.
Plan and source for the necessary resources to support the pre-event planning, on-site event execution and coordination to support the delivery of a successful event.
Requirements:
Candidate must be a team player and possess the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Candidate must possess a keen interest in event operations and production (not limited to Audio-Visual, props fabrication and IT).
Candidate must be a good negotiator and is able to articulate ideas effectively.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Event Management, or equivalent.
Candidate should have a good command of English Language (written & spoken).
Required skill(s): Google Suite / MS Excel / Word / Powerpoint.
Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator or AutoCad would be an advantage.
Prior experience (including part-time) in Event operations and productions would be a plus for this position.
