Work Schedule: 5-day work week. Occasional weekend work may be required if events fall on weekends (rare).
Travel: APAC regional travel required. Flights, accommodation, and meals will be provided.

Administrative Responsibilities
Communicate with vendors to obtain quotations and manage deliverables for goods and services.
Create logistics and transportation plans to support event schedules.
Work collaboratively with Design and Marketing department to coordinate tasks and ensure deliverables are met.
Take detailed notes during internal and external customer meetings.
Conduct stock-taking, packing, and coordination of deliveries.
Plan and prioritise workload effectively with minimal supervision.
Maintain a customer service-oriented approach, exhibit a positive work attitude, and resolve issues promptly.
Commit to continuous self-learning and professional development.
Event Responsibilities
Oversee on-site event setup during pre-event and manage site tear-down post-event.
Coordinate logistics, including transportation, venue setup, and technical requirements.
On-site, liaising with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth operations.
Handle dynamic working conditions, including outdoor events and physically demanding settings.
Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site issues efficiently during the event.
Ensure events run according to schedule and meet quality standards.
Qualifications
Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in event management preferred. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in event management are welcome.
Strong multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent work ethic, responsibility, and problem-solving mindset.
Proficient in MS Office
Flexibility to work in dynamic environments, including outdoor events and physically demanding settings.
