Compensation: AWS + Variable Bonus

Job Scope

• Work closely with the event team, sales team, and dealers to understand their goals and requirements for the event.
• Coordinate roadshows, exhibitions, training, conferences, and miscellaneous events conducted by the company.
• Assist the sales team in presenting event goals and ideas to dealers.
• Plan out the full-year schedule and working timeline for each event.
• Coordinate logistics such as location, vehicle, transportation, accommodation, catering, audiovisual equipment, decorations, and miscellaneous matters required by the event.
• Assist in developing marketing strategies and promotional materials to attract customers and generate interest in the event.
• Coordinate online and offline marketing needs with the marketing team in preparation for the event.
• Liaise with vendors, organizers, booth contractors, and other stakeholders during the event planning process.
• In charge of procurement, maintenance, organizing, and usage of all products, materials, and accessories used for events.
• Oversee the event's setup, manage the schedule, follow up on processes, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Assist in setup, demos, and sales during event days.
• Assess an event’s overall success and outcome, compiling findings in a monthly report.
• Maintain cleanliness of the event vehicle and event storage area.
• Other ad-hoc jobs assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Public Relations, Communication, Business Management, Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or any related field.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in project management/organizing interdepartmental and external activities will be advantageous.
