Event Manager - Up to $6k | 5 days

• Monday - Friday: 10am - 6.30pm
• Up to $6k Basic + VB + AWS

Responsibilities:

• Managing projects through all stages.
• Creating client quotations, facilitating client communication and service.
• Coordinating multiple project operations, planning, and administration.
• Procuring venues, vendors, entertainment, and event necessities.
• Coordinating internally with events, production, and design teams.
• Overseeing external vendor relationships.
• Ensuring efficient event and exhibition activation and execution.

Pre-requisite:

• Diploma / Degree in Events and Marketing or equivalent.
• Min. 4 - 5 years of Events Production and Management experience.
• Candidate with 2-3 years experience will be consider as “Executive” position.
