Event Manager (Insurance)

Our Client is an established insurance company seeking talented event specialists to join their expanding team.

If you are an experienced Events Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience managing events with at least 500 attendees, we want to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, efficient, and forward-thinking, while remaining calm and approachable under pressure. This role involves providing both administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth execution of our events, both locally and internationally.

Job Responsibilities:

1. In charge of sourcing for vendors and managing costs for all agency events and projects.
2. Prepare, track, and manage project budgets, event expenses, and deliverables, ensuring the event remains highly attractive for qualifiers to attend.
3. Ensure programmes are well thought through and briefed to all parties/event helpers involved.
4. Ability to do simple design for eDM.

Our Requirements:

1. Preferably with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in events planning.
2. Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing.
3. Pleasant, outgoing, good-natured, and motivated by working towards targets.
4. Knowledge in insurance products will be an advantage.
