Event Manager (Event/ MICE Industry)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, organization, and execution of diverse events, including private events, corporate events, and government projects.
• Simultaneously manage multiple events, ensuring each aligns with the client's goals and expectations.
• Craft comprehensive event plans, detailing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Partner with clients to gain a deep understanding of their specific needs and objectives for each event.
• Develop and execute event concepts and themes that resonate with the client's vision.
• Arrange engaging activities and entertainment, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Oversee logistics planning for all events, including venue selection, catering, and transportation.
• Organize corporate events such as conferences, product launches, and networking sessions.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and sponsors, for corporate events.
• Ensure corporate events adhere to corporate policies and brand guidelines.
• Execute government events, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory standards.
• Identify and negotiate with vendors for services like catering, audiovisual setups, and decorations.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or equivalent.
• At least 3 – 5 years of end-to-end event handling and operation experience.
