Event Manager

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate is passionate, creative and detail oriented. This role demands a competence in all aspects of event planning and maintaining existing client relationships while also contributing to the growth of our account portfolio through new business development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and nurture effective client relationships, ensuring client needs are consistently met with timely and appropriate responses.
2. Communicate clearly with clients about roles, responsibilities, scope, budget, schedules and project status.
3. Manage project budgets, schedules, and status to ensure successful execution.
4. Oversee end-to-end event operations, including venue sourcing, securing third-party costs, and on-site event management.
5. Guide the development, writing and presentation of project proposals, schedules, and plans to meet client expectations.
6. Collaborate closely with creative and production teams to maintain the integrity and quality of work.
7. Support the agency’s growth by contributing to new business acquisition efforts.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in an event, marketing, or creative agency; or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Event Management, or related field.
2. A curious mindset with deep interest in culture and a passion for experiential marketing.
3. Excellent command of English, with the ability to convey thoughts clearly and succinctly.
4. A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts easily to last-minute changes.
5. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Apple Keynote, and related software tools.
