Event Manager

ALL Experiential Pte Ltd is an event management agency seeking to expand our team with enthusiastic, self-motivated Event Managers who enjoy creating and producing meetings and incentive programs both locally and internationally. We are seeking applicants with innovative ideas who are passionate about designing meaningful and impactful experiences that will inspire our clients and their audiences. This person needs to possess strong organisational and team leadership skills and an attention to detail that leaves nothing to chance. Event management experience required, ideally in a team-leading role. This position is Singapore-based (although travel is required).

EVENT MANAGER

Job Responsibilities

• Develop trust and understanding with the client, through attentive client servicing and the ability to analyse, understand, and respond to clients in a perceptive, relevant, and confident manner.

• Plan an event from beginning to end in accordance with the client objectives and requirements, and pro-actively identify and address gaps and potential problems.

• Manage event budget, in part by sourcing and negotiating with partners, vendors, and suppliers.

• Ensure event is executed flawlessly, by trouble-shooting and pro-actively solving problems on-site, while also managing and servicing clients throughout.

• Guide, support, and monitor junior team members through the full range of responsibilities, and motivate them to achieve and maintain a level of excellence.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience (5 years minimum) as an event professional

• Strong client-focus and entrepreneurial spirit

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including fluent verbal and written English

• Independent personal motivation and initiative, as well as good judgment

• Ability to guide, motivate, and monitor junior team members

• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

• Demonstrable organisational skills, with a meticulous eye for detail

• Willingness to travel

Strong preference for candidates with relevant experience in the MICE, hospitality, advertising, or communications industry.
