• Establish a deep-rooted understanding of the client’s unique event needs and requirements, including providing necessary floor plans, conducting site inspections, and liaising with service providers.
• Attentively service clients by understanding and responding to them in a perceptive, relevant, and confident manner.
• Help plan events in accordance with client objectives and requirements, proactively identifying and addressing gaps and potential problems based on the venue’s capability.
• Negotiate and liaise with third-party vendors/caterers for quotations and event setup requirements.
• Work as part of a team to execute events flawlessly, troubleshoot and problem-solve on-site, and manage and service clients throughout.
• Perform closing of ledgers in EBMS and ensure proper documentation of all related charges and operational matters.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Events & Hospitality, Business Administration, or other related fields.
• 1-2 years relevant work experience in event operations with a virtual event component, or related fields as an added advantage.
• No Experience welcome to apply.
• Strong client-centric approach.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Independent personal motivation and initiative, as well as discipline and good judgment.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Demonstrable organizational skills, with a good eye for detail.
• Strong desire to learn more about the event management industry.
