Serve as the main point of contact for all F&B and Event Management requests, tracking and reporting on events while developing insights for service improvement.
Oversee the sourcing of vendors, manage catering and hospitality services, and ensure the smooth operation of events, including room setups and AV requirements.
Manage stock control for consumables, ensure cleanliness of hospitality areas, and support vending and coffee machine maintenance.
Provide coverage for the Receptionist during breaks, assist with visitor registration and room booking systems, and perform ad-hoc duties as needed.
Requirements:
Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent.
At least 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint), and data analysis.
Excellent customer service and complaint handling skills.’
Salary: $4,000 to $6,500
