Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all F&B and Event Management requests, tracking and reporting on events while developing insights for service improvement.
  • Oversee the sourcing of vendors, manage catering and hospitality services, and ensure the smooth operation of events, including room setups and AV requirements.
  • Manage stock control for consumables, ensure cleanliness of hospitality areas, and support vending and coffee machine maintenance.
  • Provide coverage for the Receptionist during breaks, assist with visitor registration and room booking systems, and perform ad-hoc duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint), and data analysis.
  • Excellent customer service and complaint handling skills.’

Salary: $4,000 to $6,500
