Job Description:

1. Events on-site coordination and execution (both in-person and virtual events)
2. Events management and operations
3. Events logistics set-up, preparation, and tear down
4. Client management, event facilitation, and briefing
5. Recruiting, training, and management of a team of facilitators
6. Events logistics planning, inventory management, stock-check, and equipment maintenance
7. Developing and testing new games, creative workshops, and experiences
8. Administrative duties and other matters required

Job Requirements:

1. At least 1 year of relevant event experience preferred
2. Outgoing and sporty personality (love interacting with clients, coordinating events, client briefings, and set-up and tear-down activity equipment)
3. Strong work ethic, responsible, meticulous, and a problem-solver
4. Able to handle a hands-on working environment (involves physical work, conducting outdoor events under the sun, event set-up and tear-down, maintaining equipment, etc.)
5. Proficient in using software such as Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets, Zoom, etc.
6. REQUIRED: Class 3 Driver’s License (Auto or Manual) (You will be required to drive our company vans)
