As Retail Event Organizer since 2013, we are looking for a passionate, resourceful, highly motivated, and committed individual with a positive attitude and strong work ethics to join us as Event Executive, to manage and grow the number of atrium sales events.
Job Description:
The Event Executive will be responsible for event sales, management, coordination, and administration. You will have the opportunity to serve existing clients and grow new clients and events. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of retail event management, including wagon sales, atrium fairs, food & lifestyle fairs, thematic fairs, etc.; embrace its dynamics, and possess great passion for it.
Key Responsibilities:
- Propose, plan, market, onboard, coordinate, execute & manage events.
- Manage vendors & mall management relationship & expectations.
- Increase events booking, quantity & quality.
- Identify and invite vendors for events onboarding.
- Prepare & coordinate events logistics.
- Involve, supervise & manage onsite events setup & pack-up.
- Provide onsite events support & follow-ups.
- Manage event-related administrative duties such as creating informative floor plans; cost & budget management; event booking, calendar & schedule management; document submission; permit & license application; invoice & payment management; event marketing material & social media updates; prepare & send sales reports; hire and manage part-timer schedules, etc.
- Other assigned duties.
Key Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in retail event management or related field or relevant role in another field.
- Diploma or degree holder in Events Management, Retail, Business Management, or related fields.
- Willing to work late hours on events setup & pack-up nights, weekends & public holidays, in accordance with events schedule & needs.
- Able to write & converse in English and Mandarin, due to the type of clients served.
- Knowledge of using Microsoft Excel, OneNote, Outlook, Xero, and Canva.
- Knowledge of photo, video editing, and social media marketing is a plus.
- Positive learning attitude with strong interpersonal & problem-solving skills.
- Good administrative & coordination skills.
- Excellent communications and organizational skills.
- Service and target-oriented, passionate about event management.
- A team player who is efficient, resourceful, and meticulous.
- Able to multi-task and work independently under a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines with minimum supervision.

Remuneration:
- Basic $3,000
- 1% Commission for fully in-charged and profitable events. Approx $50 - $150 per event, around 4-6 events monthly, depending on individual achievement.

Work hours, location & leave:
