Job Scope
Supporting Sales Manager on Quotation (Phone & Email Enquires)
Assisting Customers eg. Recommending suitable packages based on their requirements, Sourcing of gifts for the event, Responding to customer enquires, etc
Building Business Relationship & Generating Leads (Talking to Existing & Potential Event Companies & Customers)
Updating Sales Deck and Product Catalogue
Executing Live Printing Events i.e finding part-time workers & training, coordinating delivery logistics, overseeing & running live events, taking photos and video for posting on social media
Perform administrative duties as required of the assigned events i.e Payroll for Part-time staff & Filling up forms
Any other miscellaneous tasks as required by the company
Requirements
At least a Diploma of any discipline (preferably Public Relations)
Able to write email response proficiently and efficiently
Proficient in English and able to communicate well with customers
Enjoy interacting with people and networking
Keen attitude to learn and adapt to changes
Able to work independently and also as a team
Able to weekends & public holidays if there are events
