Role Descriptions

1. Brainstorm and conceptualize ideas & concepts for proposals
2. Work closely with the Event Producer to execute events
3. Opportunity to pitch and present event proposals to clients
4. Showcall & Programme management during event day
5. Oversee and liaise with various stakeholders involved in the event
6. Provide on-site support for events and any other ad-hoc duties

Requirements

1. Minimum Diploma Holder; Fresh Entry Level candidates are welcome!
2. Passion for events and the ability to work long hours if required (you will be compensated accordingly)
3. Effective oral and written communication skills
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
5. Proficient in Google Docs, Google Slides, and Google Sheets
6. Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines
7. Keen attention to small/fine details
