Responsibilities
Source, evaluate, negotiate and manage third party vendors and/or venues
Manage registration process to create a streamlined experience for invitees, including flights and hotel bookings
Attend and facilitate (as appropriate) all regular progress update meetings
Provide speakers liaison and management
Manage F&B and dietary requirements and setup
Manage event collateral design and production
Responsible for successful delivery of the event, ensure smooth communication with partners, vendors and stakeholders
Management of stakeholders and assigned team members, including overall resource planning of roles and responsibilities pre-event and onsite
Budget and timeline management and updates
Dynamic Adaptation
Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks
Digital event setup and co-ordination
Provide general guidance to junior team members
Qualification
General University Degree or Polytechnic Diploma
Knowledge & Experience
1-2 years’ of work or event management experience for Associate/ Executive/ Senior Executive position 2-3 years’ of work or event management experience for Assistant Manager position Good Microsoft Office Skills
