Station at customer’s office for IT support if required (reporting will be at customer location).
Perform IT support (Ticketing System, Remote Support, Onsite Support).
Active Directory user account management.
Provide administrative support in checklists/reports.
Perform computer hardware parts upgrades/replacements.
Other adhoc duties/projects assigned.
Requirements:
Understanding of basic Windows OS commands and adequate knowledge about the Windows OS environment, and software such as Microsoft 365, Microsoft Active Directory system, SCCM, and MDT system.
Experience in ServiceNow ticketing system is preferable.
