Job description

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies and procedures to create a culture of health and safety across the organization.
Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and corrective actions to identify and reduce potential hazards.
Investigate accidents and incidents, identifying causes and recommending solutions to prevent recurrence.
Lead safety training sessions and presentations to promote accident prevention and ensure compliance with laws and company standards.
Collaborate with product factories to streamline safety management practices and propose continuous improvements for operational safety.

Requirements

At least 1 -2 years of experience as a Manufacturing Safety Engineer or ESH Engineer.
Prior experience as a Safety Specialist with in-depth knowledge of legislation (e.g., WSH) and procedures is a plus.
Comfortable with traveling to different sites to provide training.
