Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process products, shipping documents, return shipments, labels and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Review and interpret specifications and work instructions.
Perform tests and measurements using various tools and equipment to verify product, workplace and equipment compliance.
Document and report inspection results, highlighting any defects or non-conformities.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address and resolve quality issues.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections, tests, and other quality control activities.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality regulations and standards.
Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and policies.
Executes quality related tasks and/or quality supporting tasks per Warehouse Manager/Quality Engineer/Quality Assurance Assistant Manager/Quality and Compliance Head direction.
Read fine prints on an integrated circuit (IC) and trays.
Transfer or split IC from tray compartment to another steadily
Read, write, and understand in work instructions.
Use simple equipment (Sealer m/c and strapping m/c), inhouse training will be provided.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess minimum Secondary Education and above
Required language(s): English – Read and written.
At least 1 to 2 Year of working experience in the related field is required. For no experience will be consider as contract staff – Grade 1 (inhouse training will be provided)
Hardworking and independent.
Team player and able to multi-task.
The position requires a 5.5-day work week.
Able to work OT when required.
Optional:
Operating of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and ESD equipment if required (Internal or External training will be provided).
Computer Literate – Proficiency in Microsoft Office e.g., Excel, etc.
