Key Responsibilities:

1. System Administration: Assist in the administration and maintenance of SAP systems, including system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
2. User and Authorization Management: Support user administration and authorization activities, ensuring compliance with security policies.
3. System Upgrades and Patch Management: Contribute to SAP system upgrades, enhancement packs, and patch management activities.
4. Transport Management: Assist in the configuration and management of transport requests to move developments across different SAP environments.
5. Backup and Recovery: Contribute to the implementation and testing of backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity.
6. Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor system performance and collaborate with senior consultants to optimize SAP landscapes.
7. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation related to system configurations, changes, and procedures.
8. Collaboration: Work closely with SAP functional and technical teams to resolve issues and implement changes.

Qualifications:

• Polytechnic graduation with 1 or less than a year of experience in SAP Basis administration.
• Knowledge of SAP landscapes, system monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Basic understanding of SAP transport management and system upgrades.
• Familiarity with user administration and authorization concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• SAP certification in Basis administration is a plus but not mandatory.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Basis administration is highly desirable.
• Exposure to SAP Fiori and SAP HANA environments.
• Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager for system monitoring and management.
• Understanding of SAP security best practices.
