We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven ERP Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, networking, and business development, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales. Candidates with experience in the Ship Chandling industry will be highly preferred. This role requires a proactive professional who can identify and engage potential clients, conduct software demonstrations, prepare proposals, and follow up on sales opportunities to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
Identify potential customers through networking, cold calling, industry events, and referrals. Develop strong relationships with decision-makers.
Manage the sales process to close new business opportunities.
Conduct professional product demonstrations, showcasing how our ERP system can improve business operations.
Prepare customized proposals and quotations tailored to the client's requirements. Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales progress using internal tools.
Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintain short- and long-term business development plans. Manage and use social media channels/marketing tools for recruitment.
Work with the implementation team to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer demands to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in ERP or software solutions.
Experience in the Ship Chandling industry is a strong advantage.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
Ability to conduct product demonstrations and explain technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
