Equities Execution Trader

About the role

We are seeking a light experienced Equities Execution Trader to join our growing team at Vista Global Asset Management Pte Ltd. This full-time role will be responsible for executing equity trades and supporting the firm's investment strategies and operations.

What you'll be doing

• Executing equity trades with speed, accuracy and efficiency to support the firm's investment strategies
• Monitoring market conditions and being responsible in the reporting of your trades
• Maintaining strong relationships with the trading team, brokers and counterparties
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies
• Collaborating with the broader trading and investment teams to optimise trading performance
• We appreciate teamwork and good communication skills

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an equities trader or similar role in the financial services industry
• Strong understanding of equity markets, trading strategies and order execution
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with investment managers, brokers and other stakeholders
• Proficient in the use of trading platforms, order management systems, market data tools and MS Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and prioritise tasks effectively
• Degree in Finance, Economics or a related field
