Equipment Reliability & Sustainability Engineer (Chemical Manufacturing)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional (3–7 years) to lead asset reliability, energy optimization, and sustainability performance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reliability & Asset Management – Improve equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and implement predictive maintenance strategies.
• Energy Optimization – Develop and implement energy conservation measures to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Sustainability Leadership – Drive green initiatives to reduce waste, lower carbon emissions, and enhance environmental performance.
• Technology & Innovation – Leverage AI, Digital Twin, and Smart Automation to optimize plant efficiency.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement – Partner with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to integrate sustainability and reliability into core operations.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in reliability engineering, energy management, or sustainability within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong expertise in FMEA, RCA, energy audits, and renewable energy solutions.
• Knowledge of energy monitoring systems and sustainability reporting tools is advantageous.
• Certifications such as CMRP, CRE, or SCEM will be a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead cross-functional projects.
