KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To issue/collect equipment to/from officers and ensure proper documentation of the process
2. To ensure that the equipment room is kept tidy and orderly
3. To ensure the equipment under their charge is safely stored, properly labelled, and maintained
4. To request officers to write a damage or missing report if such scenario happens
5. Provide Logistics with a monthly report on the holding status of all equipment under their charge
6. Other ad-hoc duties assigned

KEY REQUIREMENTS

1. Team-oriented attitude to assist other colleagues and departments.
2. Proactive and have a strong sense of responsibility.
3. Able to read, write and communicate in English.
4. Able to work on rotating shifts, on weekends and public holidays
