What You'll Do

1. Reports to the Safety Manager
2. Liaise closely with regulatory authorities
3. Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
4. Manage and address public feedback effectively
5. Oversee and lead all environmental control programs and the environmental team
6. Maintain accurate documentation, including Site Environmental Reports and daily environmental inspection reports
7. Conduct environmental workshops and training sessions for the project
8. Lead pre-project planning and provide advice on measures for noise, water, and air pollution control, waste management, pest infestation control, and public/neighbors engagement and management

What We're Looking For

1. A Registered ECO with NEA
2. A Registered ECMO with IES
3. Attained Specialist Diploma in WSH or equivalent
4. Minimum 3 years post-registration experience as ECO for LTA projects
5. Experience in civil works (road and viaduct) & ASAC awards preferred
6. Proficient in GGBS requirements/implementation and ISO14001:2015 standards
7. Proficient with MS Office
8. Candidates must be currently based in Singapore
