Job Scope:

Warehouse Coordinator / Warehouse Admin

• Plan and organize warehouse layout and operations.
• Manage warehouse documentation, inventory, and the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Analyze warehouse processes for improvement in receiving, handling, distribution, and storage.
• Update warehouse data in MS Excel and report any maintenance.
• Report warehouse incidents and ensure compliance with HSE and ISO standards.
• Perform other assigned tasks or ad-hoc projects as needed.

Warehouse Assistant

• Loading & unloading incoming goods.
• Organize and store items in designated areas.
• Pick and pack orders for shipment.
• Assist with inventory checks and stock-taking.
• Keep the warehouse clean and safe.

Warehouse Supervisor

• Oversee inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and maintain accurate records.
• Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
• Plan and coordinate daily operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies while maintaining a clean warehouse environment.
