*Entry Level* Marketing Assistant ($2500 to $3000)

Duration: 1 Year Contract (renewable yearly)
Location: Aljunied
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm

Responsibilities

1. Events and bookings of facilities across the school liaising with teams such as facilities, finance and security
2. Facilities Rental management
3. Creation of marketing collaterals
4. Website updates and changes
5. Monitor Social Media on all channels for the school
6. Ability to deal with adhoc requests in a timely manner
7. Organising and filing documents and computer-based information
8. Creating bi-weekly newsletters for Primary and Secondary schools
9. Assist in conducting market research
10. Monitor competitor activity
11. Involvement in whole school events and activities as required.
12. Other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirement

1. Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Marketing or related field
