What You’ll Do:

Own the Business: Manage the entire operations of our platform business, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.

Drive Growth: Develop and execute strategies to achieve business goals, increase profitability, and expand market reach through marketing, promotions, and partnerships.

Empower Teams: Guide, train, and inspire your team to perform at their best, fostering a culture of efficiency and excellence.

Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.

Solve Challenges: Identify gaps in the platform, propose innovative solutions, and ensure user expectations are not just met—but exceeded.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1–2 years in Business Development or similar roles, preferably in the Tech/IT/digital industry.
• Deep understanding of digital channels and website development.
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
