The Opportunity

  • Adecco is partnering with a leading global technology company to find a dynamic Business Messaging Sales Specialist.
  • We are looking for individuals who have demonstrated expertise in sales and product solutions, particularly within messaging platforms, and are passionate about driving business growth across Southeast Asia.
  • The role will start out as a 9 months contract role (renewable).

The Talent

  • At least 7 years of experience in enterprise sales or business solutions sales, particularly in a tech or product-related environment.
  • Proficiency in strategic sales with a proven track record of building strong relationships with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of Business Messaging solutions and experience in Southeast Asian markets is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to sales.
  • Experience in the Mid-Market sector and ability to influence senior decision-makers.

Job Description
This role will focus on driving the growth of Business Messaging solutions across Southeast Asia. You will work closely with the Mid-Market Sales team to develop tailored solutions for clients and ensure the successful adoption and growth of the product.


In this role, you will:

  • Serve as the product expert for Business Messaging, collaborating with Account Managers to understand client objectives and align solutions.
  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, amplifying the impact of Business Messaging solutions on business outcomes.
  • Develop compelling business cases and value propositions for clients, demonstrating measurable business value.
  • Create strategic client plans to drive growth, achieve sales targets, and mitigate risks.
  • Collect client feedback to enhance product features and improve satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to support product adoption and drive success.
