Job Description:

Our client is a fast-growing technology company specializing in enterprise software solutions, including cloud computing, AI-driven platforms, cybersecurity, and SaaS products. Right now, they are seeking an Enterprise Lead, Software to drive business growth, develop strategic partnerships, and enhance customer engagement. This individual will be responsible for business development, key account management, and sales strategy for enterprise clients. This role requires expertise in B2B enterprise software sales, customer relationship management, and solution-based selling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Enterprise Sales & Business Development
  • Identify, develop, and close high-value enterprise software deals across industries.
  • Build strong relationships with C-suite executives, IT decision-makers, and procurement teams.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Understand customer needs and position tailored software solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Work closely with technical, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless deployment and adoption.
  • Conduct product demos, POCs (Proof of Concept), and ROI presentations.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine value propositions and sales messaging.
  • Build channel partnerships with system integrators, cloud providers, and resellers.
  • Track sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Provide insights on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise sales best practices and contract negotiations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in enterprise software sales (SaaS, cloud, AI, cybersecurity, or enterprise IT solutions).
  • Strong track record of closing multi-million-dollar enterprise deals.
  • Deep understanding of B2B software sales cycles, procurement processes, and enterprise IT ecosystems.
  • Experience working with ERP, CRM, AI, cloud, or cybersecurity solutions is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with account-based selling, consultative sales techniques, and complex deal structuring.
