Critical Work Functions and Key Tasks

1. Understand business requirements
2. Liaise with clients to determine requirements and define the scope of a project
3. Develop an understanding of the client's system specifications, work practices, and the nature of business
4. Understand the enterprise architecture
5. Design the solution architecture
6. Develop a solution design that fulfills the business requirements and aligns with the enterprise architecture
7. Perform systems modeling, simulation, and analysis to ensure the soundness of the solution
8. Analyze the impact of a solution on the client’s overall business processes and systems to mitigate business risks
9. Recommend adoption of new technologies and applications to optimize solutions
10. Implement Solution
11. Develop technical roadmaps for solutions implementations
12. Assist delivery team in the end-to-end technical testing and implementation of solutions
13. Support risk identification and development of risk mitigation strategies associated with the solution implementation
14. Foster continuous improvements in the design processes, models, and approach
15. Review prototypes, solution blueprints, and project scope to ensure that business requirements are being met
16. Support the analysis of the functionality and constraints of recommended solutions/changes across multiple systems/platforms/applications
17. Drive compatibility, interoperability, stability, and usability of recommended solution architecture
18. Support clients to resolve technical issues
