Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Performing duties such as checking and recording of patient vital information, documentation and communication.
2. Monitoring patient and their condition before/after treatment or consultation.
3. Ward rounds and duties.
4. Working and coordinating with doctors and other nurses.
5. Managing enquiries.
6. Administering medications/dressings.
7. Preparing reports and referring patients to relevant specialists when necessary.
8. Chaperone duties.
9. Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
10. Duties may vary depending on discipline/settings.

Requirements:

1. NITEC/Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
2. Possess a valid SNB & BCLS license/registration.
3. Team player but good ability to work independently when necessary.
4. Good communication skills.
5. Open to rostering and shift hours.
