Enrolled Nurse

Job Responsibilities:

• Support Registered Nurses (RNs) in the coordination of care of patients.
• Assist physicians and RNs in bedside procedures and treatment.
• Communicate effectively and maintain collaborative relationships with the multidisciplinary healthcare team members.
• Provide patient education to patients, Next of Kin (NOK), and caregivers on self-care management.
• Attend to and assist RNs in patient resuscitation or medical emergencies.
• Support clinical supervision of newly enrolled nurses, support care staff, and coaching of nursing students in the delivery of nursing care.
• Identify common causes of patient safety incidents and work with the supervisor and senior nurses in carrying out quality improvement activities.
• Be a team player and participate in clinical audits as required.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must be enrolled with SNB.
• NITEC in Nursing or State Enrolled Nurse Certificate.
• At least 1 year of experience as an Enrolled Nurse in a relevant discipline.
