The role will involve managing and running an Art Enrichment Centre. Candidates with an education in Fine Arts and/or Arts Management will have an advantage, along with relevant experience.
The Role
Management of the Centre, including front office, in a meticulous and organized manner.
Relationship management with our clients; be the face of the institution.
Management & coordination of operations to support the teaching team for the smooth running of classes, including staff schedule, productivity, events planning and execution, staff leaves, training, hiring processes, mentoring new staff, and overall studio timeline.
Program consultation for all inquiries, providing complete details of the courses offered, avenues for student growth, and admissions process.
Sales of our Art Programmes, events, and other products/services offered by Little Artists.
Working with a dedicated, energetic team of teachers and admin to support business expansion.
Completion of various administrative tasks connected to sales and operations at the studio.
Management of marketing for the studio and collaborations.
Understanding of studio operations and daily alignment/coordination of works with the team to ensure timely delivery.
Customer relationship management.
Other general administrative responsibilities as assigned.
