About Us

Little Artists Art Studio Pte Ltd has been a premier art studio established since 1997 and currently runs its programs at two branches with off shore operations of art camps and many more with the reason of spreading its wings globally. The studio is known for providing high quality art education to children and inspiring creativity in them. Our major demographic consists of students starting from 2.5 years to 17 years.

Our students are regularly selected for good art / design / architecture colleges globally and for SOTA (Singapore Art School). Our studio consists of a cosmopolitan student and teaching body from all around the world. We believe in a long-term relationship and providing growth to our professionals with the growth of the studio. Job Description

The role, based in Singapore, will involve managing and running an Art Enrichment Centre. Candidate having an education in Fine Arts and/or Arts Management will be an advantage, along with relevant experience.

The Role

  • Management of the Centre, including front office, in a meticulous and organized manner
  • Relationship management with our clients. Be the face of the institution.
  • Management & coordination of the operations and support for the teaching team, for smooth running of classes, like staff schedule, staff productivity, events planning and execution, staff leaves, staff training , hiring admin process, settling and mentoring new staff / induction , timeline of the studio etc.
  • Program consultation for all enquiries with complete details of the courses being offered, avenues of student growth and admissions process
  • Sales of our Art Programmes, events and other products/services offered by Little Artists
  • Working with a dedicated, energetic team of teachers and admin, to help our business expansion
  • Completion of various administrative tasks connected to sales and operations at the studio
  • Management of Marketing for the studio and collaborations
  • Understanding of studio operations and daily alignment /coordination of works with the team to ensure delivery on time.
  • Customer relationship management
  • Other general administrative responsibilities as assigned

Abilities and attributes

  • A polite personality with forward thinking approach, diligent, committed, self-driven, positive, growth focused and eye for detail
  • Passionate, with a desire to be part of something bigger - participate and drive our growth
  • Past experience (including internships) in Sales or Customer Relationship Management preferred.
  • Passionate about art and eager to work with children.
  • Good customer service and Public Relationship skill
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Organized, with good time management and process orientation
  • Good IT skills
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Excellent multitasking
  • Good people management skills
  • Should be able to meet targets and deliver on time
  • Attention to Detail
  • Degree in Business Management / Arts Management/ or relevant experience
