Job description

Job Title: ENGRG ASSISTANT I

Job Responsibilities:

  1. To perform document routing as a role of Agile Change Analyst and manage document control in daily function and activities.
  2. To maintain and update document control related SOP and Work Instruction.
  3. To ensure controlled documents and quality records are always readily retrievable.
  4. To ensure controlled documents and quality records are maintained in a secure environment and are protected from damage and loss.
  5. Create and issue new document number and maintain the document number log.
  6. Distribution of controlled copy documents to appropriate department.
  7. Retrieval of obsolete controlled copy documents from appropriate department.
  8. To follow-up with document owner on updating any expired document.
  9. Stop any document routing if any document submitted was incomplete/incorrect.
  10. Act as Agile Administrator.
  11. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements:

  1. Degree or Diploma or NITEC Engineering or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the EMS manufacturing environment is preferred.
  3. Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Self-driven individual with a positive learning attitude.
  5. Strong analytical and organizational skills for continual improvement to the system.
  6. Knowledge of Quality Management System is preferred.
  7. Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
