Job Title: ENGRG ASSISTANT I
Job Responsibilities:
- To perform document routing as a role of Agile Change Analyst and manage document control in daily function and activities.
- To maintain and update document control related SOP and Work Instruction.
- To ensure controlled documents and quality records are always readily retrievable.
- To ensure controlled documents and quality records are maintained in a secure environment and are protected from damage and loss.
- Create and issue new document number and maintain the document number log.
- Distribution of controlled copy documents to appropriate department.
- Retrieval of obsolete controlled copy documents from appropriate department.
- To follow-up with document owner on updating any expired document.
- Stop any document routing if any document submitted was incomplete/incorrect.
- Act as Agile Administrator.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma or NITEC Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the EMS manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-driven individual with a positive learning attitude.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills for continual improvement to the system.
- Knowledge of Quality Management System is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
