Job Description
- To lead and oversee the sales, business development, and day-to-day operations of an award-winning enrichment centre.
As the Center Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Achieving sales targets and promoting operational excellence.
- Leading your center's team to achieve the center's sales target.
- Ensuring the center's success by delivering exceptional service and building strong customer relationships.
- Your passion for education and dedication to providing the best learning experience for the students will be the driving force behind your success in this role.
Delivering Service Excellence:
- Ensuring that our centres operate smoothly according to our SOP, so that the service delivered is of exceptional quality.
- Building Customer Relationships: Leading your Customer Service team to manage strong relationships with customers, ensuring that valuable customers have their needs met.
Delivering Operational Excellence:
- Accountable for managing the facilities, resources, and equipment in your center, ensuring that safety protocols are adhered to.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Leading and fostering a positive work environment.
- Establishing open communication, coaching and mentoring team members, resolving conflicts, and promoting teamwork.
- Setting clear expectations, conducting performance evaluations, collecting feedback, and giving due recognition to boost the team's motivation and job satisfaction.
Other Information
- 44 hours work per week. 5 days' work week: Work 4 weekdays: 12:30pm to 9:30pm and 1 weekend from: 8:30am to 6:30pm.
- Based in Bukit Timah Branch.
- Centre has various locations; candidates need to be comfortable being assigned to or traveling to other centres based on operational needs.
- We offer a competitive salary package of Basic $4,200 with performance-based incentives, annual performance bonus, and opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
