Job Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in any discipline with Min. 2 years' experience in the industry; management experience preferred.
  • Strong sales and customer relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve common goals.
  • Able to work independently to resolve problems.

Job Description

  • To lead and oversee the sales, business development, and day-to-day operations of an award-winning enrichment centre.

As the Center Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Achieving sales targets and promoting operational excellence.
  • Leading your center's team to achieve the center's sales target.
  • Ensuring the center's success by delivering exceptional service and building strong customer relationships.
  • Your passion for education and dedication to providing the best learning experience for the students will be the driving force behind your success in this role.

Delivering Service Excellence:

  • Ensuring that our centres operate smoothly according to our SOP, so that the service delivered is of exceptional quality.
  • Building Customer Relationships: Leading your Customer Service team to manage strong relationships with customers, ensuring that valuable customers have their needs met.

Delivering Operational Excellence:

  • Accountable for managing the facilities, resources, and equipment in your center, ensuring that safety protocols are adhered to.

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Leading and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Establishing open communication, coaching and mentoring team members, resolving conflicts, and promoting teamwork.
  • Setting clear expectations, conducting performance evaluations, collecting feedback, and giving due recognition to boost the team's motivation and job satisfaction.

Other Information

  • 44 hours work per week. 5 days' work week: Work 4 weekdays: 12:30pm to 9:30pm and 1 weekend from: 8:30am to 6:30pm.
  • Based in Bukit Timah Branch.
  • Centre has various locations; candidates need to be comfortable being assigned to or traveling to other centres based on operational needs.
  • We offer a competitive salary package of Basic $4,200 with performance-based incentives, annual performance bonus, and opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
