About the role - you will:

1. Perform preventive maintenance and product conversion of the sputtering tool.
2. Work with equipment and process engineering on continuous tool improvement on reliability performance and product defect reduction.
3. Initiate ideas on equipment OEE and productivity improvement, safety hazards and cost-saving reduction projects.
4. Be trained to utilize data analytics and machine learning applications for tool troubleshooting.
5. Be trained on vacuum technology fundamentals and have opportunities for continual learning and growth.

About you:

1. Self-motivated and positive working attitude.
2. Team player with good problem-solving skills.
3. Willing to work in a clean room environment.
4. Willing to work on a 12-hour day shift pattern.

Your experience includes:

1. Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering or Diploma or ITE.
2. Knowledge or experience in Mechanical or Electronics.
3. Troubleshooting Mechanical or Electrical Equipment is an advantage.
4. Clean room experience will be an advantage.
5. Data analysis and MS Office skills.
6. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Our Woodlands site is one of the largest electronics manufacturing sites in Singapore, housing our recording media operations. Spread over three sites, it is easily accessible via bus or from the MRT Station, with many employees taking mass transportation to work.
