Location: Tuas
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 8.00am - 5.00pm
Entitled to AWS + VB + Transport Allowances

Responsibilities

• Create and implement departmental procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Coordinate daily engineering operations, conducting routine inspections and maintenance of machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Oversee the maintenance budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize productivity.
• Supervise and mentor engineering staff, facilitating hiring, training, and performance management to foster a high-performing team.
• Design and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime and enhance operational efficiency.
• Proactively identify and address potential issues before they lead to equipment failure or operational disruptions.
• Work closely with other departments to prioritize maintenance needs and effectively manage work orders.
• Oversee the inventory of maintenance equipment, ensuring that all necessary tools are readily available.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on maintenance operations and costs to support informed decision-making.
• Stay updated on advancements in maintenance and repair technologies to drive innovation and efficiency within the department.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of operations and ESH regulations.
• Ability to enhance efficiency and safety.
• Experience in managing and motivating teams.
• Skilled in identifying and mitigating risks.
• Effective in managing budgets and resources.
