Responsibilities:
End-to-end project management for all new provisioning works
Attend site surveys together with contractors, clients & developers
Planning & execution of all necessary civil and fibre works
Project managing contractors and ensure timely completion of projects
Update As-Built / project completion reports in GIS
Prime system lead for GIS System, and ensure all upgrades and resolution are processed
Monitor network capacity and provide any necessary resolution
Main lead for Issuance of SLD to ensure timely delivery
Provide standby support after office hours when needed
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior from time to time
Role Requirements:
Degree in telecommunication, computer engineering or IT related field
At least 3 years of working experience in passive infrastructure operations (inside or outside plant operations)
Strong technical knowledge of outside plant infrastructure which include civil pipe works and fibre optic cable works
Able to negotiate and work with difficult clients and possess strong project management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with contractors, colleagues, and building management team / developers
Independent, self-driven, highly customer focused and able to work under high-pressure environment especially during emergency restoration of telecommunications services
Good communication skills, keen to learn and a team player
Applicants with class 3 driving license will have an added advantage
