As a Engineer (Construction), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Assume a leadership role in project planning, scheduling, and execution for semiconductor plant projects and piping works.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, encompassing scope, budget, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Lead project teams, providing guidance, direction, and technical expertise.
• Apply extensive knowledge of semiconductor plant construction, piping systems, and construction management to ensure projects align with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to review and approve design specifications, ensuring they meet client requirements and safety standards.
• Oversee on-site construction activities, emphasizing safety, quality, and adherence to project plans.
• Foster effective communication and coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and construction crews to maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure project deliverables surpass client expectations.
• Conduct inspections and audits to verify compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Assist in preparing cost estimates and proposals for new projects.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a key point of contact throughout project lifecycles.
• Address client concerns, provide regular project updates, and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related field).
• Building Construction Supervisor Course (BCSS) will be preferred. Training can be arranged for those necessary. Any other WSH related course will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor industry standards, piping systems, and construction best practices.
