Job description
Job duties and Responsibilities
Identify training and development needs through job analysis, appraisal schemes, and regular consultation with business managers.
Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers.
Update HR policies related to training, upskilling, and employee growth.
Lead HR transformation and workforce upskilling projects.
Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for employee development initiatives.
Work with HR and department heads to define employee career paths.
Involve in recruiting new employees and assist in applying their work passes.
Design and develop training and development programs based on both the organization’s and the individual's needs.
Manage the delivery of training and development programs, including workshops, conferences, and other events.
Implement competency-based training models to align with business goals.
Facilitate leadership development programs for high-potential employees.
Requirements:
Must have at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Candidate must possess a Master’s degree or a professional degree.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
A candidate with a Project Management certification will have an added advantage.
Must be flexible with working hours and occasionally visit worksites.
Proficiency in English and Tamil is required.
Strong knowledge of MS Office and related software.
Experience with e-learning platforms and training practices is required.
